This service is deprecated in favour of the PhoneValidation service. This service will remain operational for the foreseeable future, but the PhoneValidation service should be used for all new development.
Overview
Check a mobile number in real-time against the network.
The mobile validation web service includes a simple method of verifying if a mobile telephone number is valid and currently in-use. It also returns some useful information about the mobile such as the country of origin, current country location and the network it uses.
The following methods are available in the MobileValidation service.
IsValid
Checks if a mobile telephone number is valid and live and returns some information about the subscriber.
